- Daiya cheddar cheese
- Food For Life sprouted corn tortillas
- fresh tomato salsa from Whole Foods
- (you can add other things like beans to make it more substantial)
Directions:
- Heat a frying pan on the stove on medium heat
- Place a tortilla in the pan and top with Daiya
- When the Daiya cheese has melted, take the tortilla out of the pan
- Top with salsa
- Fold like a taco or eat open-faced
