Yesterday one of the Whole Foods in Santa Monica had samples of vegan cookies. I tried them and immediately bought them without a second thought. They are soooo good! Eco-Planet vanilla organic cookies look like animal crackers but have a ton of flavor and are not too sweet. And I love them because not only are they vegan, but because the box promotes being eco-friendly! They are produced from 100% wind power, and the packaging is made from 100% recycled paperboard and soy-based ink.
