People often ask me, "what do you eat?", and I draw a blank every-time. So I thought I'd start keeping track on a daily basis to show you what a vegan consumes. I'm currently eating gluten-free, soy-free, and I limit my intake of sweet stuff. Believe it or not, I have a very varied diet. : )
