I finally contacted Fakery Bakery to try some of Brittany's famous creations (thanks to QuarryGirl for the inspiration). In a word, they are incredible. In more words, they are: full of flavor, unique, satisfyingly sweet, fresh, well-crafted...
I want to encourage you to go to Locali on Sunday, January 31st for the bakesale fundraiser for Haiti, but Brittany will be there with her delectable treats (as well as many others).
I enjoyed:
- Baklava ~ tastes like the "real" thing
- Chocolate Whoopie Pie with Vanilla Filling ~ moist, very sweet
- Peanut Butter Cup ~ tastes like Reese's!
